About Cloudpresenter
Cloudpresenter is a video meeting and webinar platform designed for internal teams and virtual events. It allows you to set up one-time or recurring meetings (yes, like Google Meet) and manage webinars from start to finish.
Problem Statement:
Cloudpresenter was initially built by its developer and CEO (Without any designer) to launch the product. After a successful debut on marketplaces like AppSumo, it gained traction, and the need for a more modern UI with enhanced functionality. In Q4 of 2023, I had the opportunity to redesign the entire product, transforming it into a modern, seamless experience that works equally well for everyone.

Old Design Experience
Cloudpresenter's old UI was outdated and lacked structure.
There was no clear layout or visual hierarchy.
UX flows were not intuitive, making navigation difficult.
Multiple main CTAs were present on the same page, leading to confusion.
Additional functionality was needed to meet user requirements.
Redesigned Structure
It is necessary to establish a consistent structure and placement of components across all screens, ensuring uniform positioning of the Header, Actions, Subheading, and Body Area.
Design System
After exploring and developing multiple platform layouts, I began standardizing components and design tokens as part of the design system.
Figma Component Variation
created component variations, including default, focused, and hover states for elements such as input fields, buttons, and dropdowns. This ensures consistency across the platform and allows for structural modifications without breaking design guidelines.
Color Tokens
I created color tokens based on use cases such as Surface, Text, Icon, and Divider to maintain color harmony. This approach ensures consistency and allows for effortless updates without the need to manually adjust each frame.
Redesigned Product Overview
Presenting a preview of the redesigned product's main pages with additional functionality that legacy product lacks meeting room, webinar creation with landing page, registration and email automation.
Home Page
The home page features quick actions for meetings and webinars, followed by analytics on past webinar performance, upcoming webinars and meetings, and a small sticky calendar for event viewing and quick creation.
Meeting Rooms
Dedicated meeting rooms are available for specific use cases, such as product, design, or marketing meetings. These rooms include recording capabilities and a timeline displaying previously recorded meetings, along with agendas and notes, allowing users to track all documented points effectively.
Webinar Creation
The webinar creation flow includes adding producers, participants, and moderators, with an automatically generated landing page based on user-provided details. It also features a registration form creator with email automation to send essential emails to visitors who submit the form.
Create Meeting
Enable the creation of internal and external meetings with native functionalities, such as scheduling recurring product review meetings for designated rooms dedicated to product-related discussions.
